I could not recommend a contracting company more. They just redid our bathroom and blew us away. Emilio had great communication, was organized and trustworthy. The stand out people were the two guys that did the actual job though. Although Emilio really is a standout at his job. I wish I had gotten the two men’s names. We’ve had a lot of people in our home to do projects and such but these two did quality work and were the most considerate workers I’ve ever met. If they knew I came home with the kids they instantly turned down their music (which honestly they could have let blare because I didn’t mind) but they also swept the hallway they walked out of at the end of every single day. They were truly so neat. Their work is five star quality but all the people they employ are five Star workers and human beings as well. We will only be using them for home projects from now on. It’s time to save for a kitchen remodel with them.

Jose and his team are authentic people that do great work. They’ve done all sorts of jobs for my family and I including remodeling bathrooms, electrical work, plumbing, you name it. Ultimately we entrusted them to build out our 3500 square foot dream bakery and cafe- and they knocked it out of the park. Can’t wait for the next one!

Restore did a great job for us. 2 bathroom remodels, a front door/entryway remodel, and a water damaged ceiling all at the same time. They even came back after we were paid in full to touch something up we didn't like. Totally different than other contractors out there. During the bad freeze last winter a water pipe broke resulting in our kitchen and pantry being flooded. We called Restore as soon as we noticed it, but already extensive flooding had taken place. They came immediately with several helpers and helped mop up all the excess water, loosened all the floor boards, being careful to be able to reuse as many as possible. In addition they loosened all the floor moldings to allow air into the walls to prevent mold and mildew. They set up numerous industrial size fans to quickly dry the floor as soon as possible. Their quick action saved us a lot of money and the finished product looked like nothing had ever happened. We were extremely happy with their work, and cannot praise their quick action and professional workmanship highly enough. I highly recommend them.

We chose Restore Roofing and Remodeling after interviewing multiple companies that were highly rated. Working with Jose (Joe) and Daniel was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences we have had in over 35 years of home ownership. Their work is top quality, they are on hand and responsive. They replaced our roof, some windows, screens and gutters after a bad hail storm. We also had them do some sheetrock repair and repaint the interior of our home. Great experience. There were some hiccups along the way and that is what sets this company apart ... no excuses, no delays, they make things right! I can't recommend them enough.

From the moment we met Jose (Joe) and Daniel after a hailstorm we got the feeling that they were the right choice. We went ahead and met with 5 other highly rated companies but ultimately decided on Restore Roofing & Remodeling. They replaced our roof (both asphalt shingle and metal), our gutters, several windows, all screens, and a few miscellaneous items damaged from the storm. There was also a water leak from the roof that caused some interior and exterior damage. All of that was done with such quality that we hired them to do interior painting, sheetrock repair, and kitchen cabinet refresh. Awesome team to work with and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with the remodeling they did to our entire house and now our new home is perfect for us! When the winter storm came through in February 2021 Jose was quick to send a plumber out and temporarily fix what they could. It did longer then expected to get everything totally completed but I understand there was a lot of demand and low supply chain during that time so not totally their fault. ultimately, I totally recommend this group! Contractors. The search for a good contractor can be quite discouraging. So often, they come out and give a sparkling presentation. After they do the work, if you need follow-up work – Surprise! – They are no longer in the area. Years ago, I had my roof replaced due to hail damage. The contract called for the previous roof to be removed. I had a nice contract in a shiny folder. When I needed some corrective work done – yep, you guessed it – the contract wasn’t worth the paper, as the contractor had moved to another city. Last year, my insurance denied coverage for hail damage to the roof. However, same insurance paid over $5000 for hail damage on my cars. The adjustor advised that if the cars had that much damage, the roof also had damage. What to do? I mentioned the problem to my landscaper, who recommended his nephew (here we go, again). Josè, from Restore Roofing and Remodeling. He came out and inspected, confirming that I did indeed have hail damage. But he didn’t stop there. When I had the insurance adjustor out again, Josè met him and walked the roof with him. Didn’t say anything, just accompanied him on inspecting the roof. The result? The insurance company agreed to replace the roof AND a 20+years old storage building. Restore found there were two layers of roof, renegotiated with the insurance company to remove both layers of roofing. But wait – next, the roofers discovered that the roof decking was warped, unacceptable to install new roofing. Restore went back to the insurance company, renegotiated for new decking – with Radiant Barrier! And, no additional cost to me. The storage building? Josè found a larger storage building, constructed with Radiant Barrier for the same cost as allowed by the insurance. I needed to replace a 30-amp service for my RV with 50-amp. Who to turn to? Restore Roofing & Remodeling not only ran a new 50-amp service but also provided electrical service, including lighting, to my storage shed. We’ve decided to update our kitchen with all new cabinets, tile floor and appliances. Naturally, I turned to Restore Roofing & Remodeling. Throughout all of this, I have been in constant contact with Josè and his staff, both via email and text messages. The bottom-line? I have found a dependable, responsible contractor for all of my household repair and remodeling. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Restore Roofing and Remodeling. Where do I begin? Restore Roofing was not only our savior but they did so much more in our efforts to sell our home and meet our expected closing date. Due to recent storm/hail damage, our roof was deemed non insurable when the future owner had our home inspected, that was a huge problem. I called Restore in a panic and was immediately reassured that everything would be ok. Update:When I originally contacted Restore Roofing, they were very responsive and had a representative come the same day to review the damage. He indicated that they would get me an estimate within the next few days. However, I didn t hear from them for several days, and when I tried to reach out to them, the phone numbers I had went immediately to voice mail, and the voice mail boxes were full. I tried several times over a few days and finally got in touch with someone who said that he d come that evening to give the estimate and check for further damage, since it had been windy, and I saw additional shingles down. When no one showed up that night, I was disappointed, and once again tried to call Restore only to find full voice mail boxes again. I was starting to be worried as rain was expected and I have a home business as well as guitars in the home I couldn t afford a leak. I reluctantly left a negative review, and called Home Advisor to notify them of the situation. A home advisor representative got involved afterward, and contacted the contractor. Within a short while, the contractor called, very apologetic for both the service lapse and the inability to be reached. They arranged to have a crew come the next day before the rain, and met the challenge performing above and beyond expectations, and with a discount for the inconvenience. In the end, I was very happy with the results of the service I received. Later, a business representative called to make sure I was satisfied, and thanked me for the opportunity to give them feedback, and make the situation right. He had a good attitude, and also discussed plans to handle the issues with the phones for the future. Overall I ended up feeling positive about the interaction, although it started out rocky. I would use Restore Roofing again, and I anticipate that they are serious about getting their communication and phone issues handled.

They came on the day and time we agreed upon. Quickly stated work to seal a leak on my roof. They got on my 2nd story roof and sealed the leaking penetration. Then they inspected other penetrations and sealed one that had cracks. They were quick and professional. Great people.

Fantastic customer service. Told me they would come out for free inspection and quote needed repairs. They called later in same day and said repair was so simple that they just took care of it as a courtesy. If I ever need any future roof repairs they will be the first company I call based on this experience.
