Reliable Roof Repair and Exterior Services in Richardson, TX

Emilio and the Restore team did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. They were prompt and communicative every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Emilio and his team are great to work with. Reliable, honest, fair price. They did two bathrooms and kitchen. Could not recommend enough.

Hired Restore for a master bath remodel after were highly referred in a local group. Restore exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail, quality of work and unyielding professional standards. Even if I was okay with something Emilio would say “no, that’s not good enough” and have a thing redone. I’ve since used them for big and small projects and they have not been disappointed- ever. Highly recommend! Worth every penny for the peace of mind that you are getting what you’re paying for and more.

Extremely pleased with the way they handled our project. Timely execution and very high quality of workmanship!!! Would definitely recommend Restore Roofing for your project. You will be equally pleased as we are!!!

I could not recommend a contracting company more. They just redid our bathroom and blew us away. Emilio had great communication, was organized and trustworthy. The stand out people were the two guys that did the actual job though. Although Emilio really is a standout at his job. I wish I had gotten the two men’s names. We’ve had a lot of people in our home to do projects and such but these two did quality work and were the most considerate workers I’ve ever met. If they knew I came home with the kids they instantly turned down their music (which honestly they could have let blare because I didn’t mind) but they also swept the hallway they walked out of at the end of every single day. They were truly so neat. Their work is five star quality but all the people they employ are five Star workers and human beings as well. We will only be using them for home projects from now on. It’s time to save for a kitchen remodel with them.

5 star review over due! Over the last several years, Joe and his team have redone our primary bath basically from scratch - we gutted it. They’ve done a massive floor replacement in most of our home, new door installs, and did it all with attention to detail and professionalism. I highly recommend this team!

Jose Sanchez was recommended to us by our realtor, Collin Roberts. His company for the blown in insulation and ceiling/ wall repair with painting was a good price with excellent work, timely and efficient, professional and personable. One more good reason for our move to TX.

I absolutely love working with Joe and his team at Restore! They are genuinely concerned about giving the customer their best. And they are definitely the best! My project involved completely overhauling my home’s exterior and constructing a new building on my property. Everything was done with attention to detail and excellent communication. A rare find… I highly recommend them.

Experience with this company was fantastic! Exceptional service and trustworthy, knowledgeable professionals made the entire process a breeze, ensuring high-quality work while maintaining polite and friendly interactions throughout. Truly appreciative of their dedication and effort!

The service was impressive with good communications and knowledgeable staff delivering high-quality work. Skilled and polite workers made the entire process friendly and enjoyable, creating a truly positive experience. Hail damage is never fun, but these guys made me feel reassured from start to finish. Answered all my questions and was available for one off questions any time.

I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received! The team was responsive, went above and beyond, and their polite and friendly attitude showcased their high-quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I had a number of projects I wanted done around my house and Restore Roofing completed them all professionally and the work was well done. My new shower is beautiful and the rest of my house looks great. I was kept apprised of work schedules and am very pleased with the way my projects came out. I will call them again next time I have projects that I want done around my house.

Emilio is great! I reached out to him and he’s very supportive of other businesses in the community. I just wanted to write a review sharing his honesty and willingness to help others. We need more folks like him.

Jose and his team are authentic people that do great work. They’ve done all sorts of jobs for my family and I including remodeling bathrooms, electrical work, plumbing, you name it. Ultimately we entrusted them to build out our 3500 square foot dream bakery and cafe- and they knocked it out of the park. Can’t wait for the next one!

Restore did a great job for us. 2 bathroom remodels, a front door/entryway remodel, and a water damaged ceiling all at the same time. They even came back after we were paid in full to touch something up we didn't like. Totally different than other contractors out there. These guys have integrity and do what they say they're going to do.

During the bad freeze last winter a water pipe broke resulting in our kitchen and pantry being flooded. We called Restore as soon as we noticed it, but already extensive flooding had taken place. They came immediately with several helpers and helped mop up all the excess water, loosened all the floor boards, being careful to be able to reuse as many as possible. In addition they loosened all the floor moldings to allow air into the walls to prevent mold and mildew. They set up numerous industrial size fans to quickly dry the floor as soon as possible. Their quick action saved us a lot of money and the finished product looked like nothing had ever happened. We were extremely happy with their work, and cannot praise their quick action and professional workmanship highly enough. I highly recommend them.

This is the best company! They are so professional and helpful. Will use them as much as I can!

Joe and the team knocked it out of the park and our kitchen remodel was outstanding for a fair price. Will absolutely use them again and I would recommend then to friends and family

We chose Restore Roofing and Remodeling after interviewing multiple companies that were highly rated. Working with Jose (Joe) and Daniel was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences we have had in over 35 years of home ownership. Their work is top quality, they are on hand and responsive. They replaced our roof, some windows, screens and gutters after a bad hail storm. We also had them do some sheetrock repair and repaint the interior of our home. Great experience. There were some hiccups along the way and that is what sets this company apart ... no excuses, no delays, they make things right! I can't recommend them enough.

From the moment we met Jose (Joe) and Daniel after a hailstorm we got the feeling that they were the right choice. We went ahead and met with 5 other highly rated companies but ultimately decided on Restore Roofing & Remodeling. They replaced our roof (both asphalt shingle and metal), our gutters, several windows, all screens, and a few miscellaneous items damaged from the storm. There was also a water leak from the roof that caused some interior and exterior damage. All of that was done with such quality that we hired them to do interior painting, sheetrock repair, and kitchen cabinet refresh. Were their hiccups along the way ... yes, absolutely just like with any job. What sets this company apart is that they were immediately addressed and taken care of with no excuses, no arguments, no hassle. That is so rare in the construction industry. They stuck by their bid even when it was not to their advantage. Honest, quality, dependable, communicative. are all words I would use to describe them. True craftsmen with a servants heart. This is the best construction experience we have had in 35 years of homeownership. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Awesome team to work with and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with the remodeling they did to our entire house and now our new home is perfect for us! When the winter storm came through in February 2021 Jose was quick to send a plumber out and temporarily fix what they could. It did longer then expected to get everything totally completed but I understand there was a lot of demand and low supply chain during that time so not totally their fault. ultimately, I totally recommend this group! They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!

Very thorough with their job they completed. I don’t wish for another roof replacement, but if I do, I’m using these guys again. They were great to work with.

February 2021 freezing temperatures caused several to burst, called Restore and they were able to come almost immediately, started the tear out of completely damaged drywall in the garage, opened up the walls in the master bed & bath rooms to start the drying process in all areas. Completed the drywall repairs & painted in a timely manner with excellent quality. A big plus was they had a plumber with them the first evening to repair the burst pipes, while some people waited weeks.

Restore was great to work with! The whole installation and payment process was super easy and everyone was very professional. I'd highly recommend them!

They helped me with an entire home remodel! I designed the space and they executed my vision wonderfully. They were fabulous to work with and would hire them to help again without question!

I had my gutters replaced on my home and I am so happy I did. Restore Roofing & Remodeling did an amazing job. They were all very kind and professional but yet friendly and even played with my dogs. They cleaned up and made sure I was absolutely happy and satisfied and all was perfect and before they left. Thank you all at Restore Roofing & Remodeling.

Restore Roofing & Remodeling did an awesome job on my roof! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it flawlessly. If you need your roof repaired do not hesitate to call them! I'm thinking that I may look into their remodeling services since they did a great job on my roof! Thanks again!

Contractors. The search for a good contractor can be quite discouraging. So often, they come out and give a sparkling presentation. After they do the work, if you need follow-up work – Surprise! – They are no longer in the area. Years ago, I had my roof replaced due to hail damage. The contract called for the previous roof to be removed. I had a nice contract in a shiny folder. When I needed some corrective work done – yep, you guessed it – the contract wasn’t worth the paper, as the contractor had moved to another city. Last year, my insurance denied coverage for hail damage to the roof. However, same insurance paid over $5000 for hail damage on my cars. The adjustor advised that if the cars had that much damage, the roof also had damage. What to do? I mentioned the problem to my landscaper, who recommended his nephew (here we go, again). Josè, from Restore Roofing and Remodeling. He came out and inspected, confirming that I did indeed have hail damage. But he didn’t stop there. When I had the insurance adjustor out again, Josè met him and walked the roof with him. Didn’t say anything, just accompanied him on inspecting the roof. The result? The insurance company agreed to replace the roof AND a 20+years old storage building. Restore found there were two layers of roof, renegotiated with the insurance company to remove both layers of roofing. But wait – next, the roofers discovered that the roof decking was warped, unacceptable to install new roofing. Restore went back to the insurance company, renegotiated for new decking – with Radiant Barrier! And, no additional cost to me. The storage building? Josè found a larger storage building, constructed with Radiant Barrier for the same cost as allowed by the insurance. I needed to replace a 30-amp service for my RV with 50-amp. Who to turn to? Restore Roofing & Remodeling not only ran a new 50-amp service but also provided electrical service, including lighting, to my storage shed. We’ve decided to update our kitchen with all new cabinets, tile floor and appliances. Naturally, I turned to Restore Roofing & Remodeling. Throughout all of this, I have been in constant contact with Josè and his staff, both via email and text messages. The bottom-line? I have found a dependable, responsible contractor for all of my household repair and remodeling. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Restore Roofing and Remodeling. They do the work on time, correctly and attractively. Call them. You will not be disappointed.

They did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. Everything was done to perfection, they were quick to respond to any requests or concerns we had. They are incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with.Highly recommend them, it can be hard to find trust worthy and high quality contractors and trust me, Jose Sanchez is all of that and more!

Restore Remodeling replaced our roof in May 2020. They did an amazing job! Our house looks great! Joe and everyone working with Restore were very kind and professional. They communicated with me in a timely manner. My insurance company was very difficult to deal with but Restore was very patient. I’d definitely recommend them!

Very professional and quality beyond reproach. The responsiveness of the company was what initially sold me on using them; making a great first impression. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing a roof repair.

On-time and competitive pricing. The crew was neat and the results exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jose!

Zach was always responsive and quick to provide updates. They provided patches to my roof while THEY were discussing with my insurance and took the charge on getting my roof replaced. We also discussed additional fixes and additions with the roof and they were so flexible in meeting my requests, and all the work was done in 1 day! I couldnt have wished for a better experience and didnt have to lift a finger.

You can’t go wrong with these guys. Joe and his people have done 3 major jobs for me. Repainted, new carpet, remodeled my kitchen, completely refreshed my rental house. I brought them back to update my master bathroom, which looks amazing. And here’s the kicker - not everything went right - but Joe’s guys were on it IMMEDIATELY. Without hesitation swooped in like it had never happened. And finally, they replaced my roof. Worked with my insurance to make sure I got the best quality, and all the extras possible. Integrity is not a term I use lightly. But this company has it and then some! Questions - feel free to contact me directly.

Joe and his team are the real deal. Great people, great work, integrity. I can t say enough really. They done 3 major projects for me and I am nothing but impressed.

They were quick to get everything done. They kept me informed of all things that they were doing and made sure that it was done right.

Very attentive and genuine. Fast and cleans up fast.

Restore Roofing & Remodeling provided a level of service that well exceeded any expectation we could have set. The project involved complex layers of coordination between various deliveries, subs and a changing weather forecast. We were beyond impressed with the well managed professional commitment to quality. Our project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. We have already made contact to schedule our next project this coming spring.Again, thank you for the professional quality service.Scott Starnes

Excellent communication throughout the job. Came when they said they would. The job was done quickly, cleanup was impeccable, and I am very happy with the results. Zach was my contact and did an amazing job of assessing my needs, bidding the job, and getting a crew scheduled. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters and can highly recommend Restore Roofing & Remodeling.

Where do I begin? Restore Roofing was not only our savior but they did so much more in our efforts to sell our home and meet our expected closing date. Due to recent storm/hail damage, our roof was deemed non insurable when the future owner had our home inspected, that was a huge problem. I called Restore in a panic and was immediately reassured that everything would be ok. As they so confidently assured me, a few weeks later and before the close date, the brand new roof was installed in literally 1day! The more impressive piece was how well the process went ( emails, phone calls, text messages, visits) were so perfectly timed and the transparency and follow through was so perfectly executed. Thanks to Ryan and his team, we now have a beautiful top notch new roof for years to come! The new owners are extremely thankful!

Restore Roofing and Remodeling is by far the best company I’ve worked for. Jose has such a passions for taking care of me, my coworkers, and all of our guys! Coming from the roofing industry, I love that I have been able to learn about the Remodeling industry as a one stop shop company! Love this company and would recommend to them to anyone!

I’ve never worked with a greater group of people! ♥️

Working here has been an eye opener in an industry that can be intimidating. The people here are very knowledgeable and put the customer first on every job. It’s encouraging to work for a company that values taking care of people and making sure they feel heard and understood.

Great front line staff and amazing crews. Attention to detail in the workmanship is stellar and every project is magazine worthy.

They were easy to work with and did a great job, quickly and professionally.

The whole team, Ryan, Joe and Matt, did a great job keeping us informed and getting everything done. They truly care about doing quality work and taking care of the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cleaned up no complaints

Extremely professional at a great price.

Joe and the restore team did an outstanding job on our remodel! They really brought our visions to life and we’re on time and respectful throughout the whole process! Thank you Restore Roofing and Remodling for making our house a home!!

Professional , timely, and meticulous in their job. Repaired roof looks like new! Would only use them from now on!

They were amazing to work with. They quoted me less than any other company, came to do my repairs within 36 hours (very fast turnaround time), were efficient, quick and did quality work. Jose and his team care about customer service. They repaired dry wall, retextured walls, installed new base boards, new carpet and painted. All were excellent. They were professional and knew their stuff! I’ll definitely be using them again and singing their praises.

Very professional, from the quote to the completed work. Work completed quickly and it looks great! I would definitively use them again.

Update:When I originally contacted Restore Roofing, they were very responsive and had a representative come the same day to review the damage. He indicated that they would get me an estimate within the next few days. However, I didn t hear from them for several days, and when I tried to reach out to them, the phone numbers I had went immediately to voice mail, and the voice mail boxes were full. I tried several times over a few days and finally got in touch with someone who said that he d come that evening to give the estimate and check for further damage, since it had been windy, and I saw additional shingles down. When no one showed up that night, I was disappointed, and once again tried to call Restore only to find full voice mail boxes again. I was starting to be worried as rain was expected and I have a home business as well as guitars in the home I couldn t afford a leak. I reluctantly left a negative review, and called Home Advisor to notify them of the situation. A home advisor representative got involved afterward, and contacted the contractor. Within a short while, the contractor called, very apologetic for both the service lapse and the inability to be reached. They arranged to have a crew come the next day before the rain, and met the challenge performing above and beyond expectations, and with a discount for the inconvenience. In the end, I was very happy with the results of the service I received. Later, a business representative called to make sure I was satisfied, and thanked me for the opportunity to give them feedback, and make the situation right. He had a good attitude, and also discussed plans to handle the issues with the phones for the future. Overall I ended up feeling positive about the interaction, although it started out rocky. I would use Restore Roofing again, and I anticipate that they are serious about getting their communication and phone issues handled.

They came on the day and time we agreed upon. Quickly stated work to seal a leak on my roof. They got on my 2nd story roof and sealed the leaking penetration. Then they inspected other penetrations and sealed one that had cracks. They were quick and professional. Great people.

Fantastic customer service. Told me they would come out for free inspection and quote needed repairs. They called later in same day and said repair was so simple that they just took care of it as a courtesy. If I ever need any future roof repairs they will be the first company I call based on this experience.

Same day service

Very nice and easy to work with. Promptly responded to questions. Very friendly team. Have recommended this team to friends and neighbors. Will work with them again.

After my roof repair, I had them repair my living room ceiling. Quick, thorough and professional. Will use them again.

Restore Roofing and Remodeling replace my roof vent jacks-boots. Mine were cracked.

These are creditable and personal. I found them easy to talk and very caring concerning my needs.

He took the time to explain everything.

Emilio is great! I reached out to him and he’s very supportive of other businesses in the community. I just wanted to write a review sharing his honesty and willingness to help others. We need more folks like him.
